Born and raised in Chicago, Chef Roman first fell in love with cooking as an art form. Inspired by his work in Michelin star and Bib Gourmand restaurants alongside noted Chicago chefs Jared Wentworth of Duseks and Longman and Eagle, and Kevin Hickey and Eric Lopez of Bottlefork, Roman has followed his passion in the culinary world in an effort to tell a story through food, and takes pleasure in seeing the happy faces of those who experience his creations.  Always conscious of his own aesthetic, Roman focuses on beauty, bringing together taste and visual pleasure to make each dish an unforgettable experience.
