Chef William Severac, a native of the city of Carcassonne, France, has worked in the food industry for over twenty years. The acclaimed owner and executive chef of Chez Gerard in Pittsburgh, PA, he moved to Boston in 2009 to take over the position of executive chef at Pierrot Bistrot in Beacon Hill.  His own long running interest in harmonizing great food, music, and the arts has led him to join Top Floor Art Nights with enthusiasm, where he looks forward to letting his culinary imagination run free.
